...It's Toothless. If it took Finch a while to warm to Bear, what state would he be in with John providing him with a dragon as a bodyguard?

...but Reese is straight. Finch is keenly aware of this, but in addition John is his employee - he's responsible for him, for his welfare, he would never dream of crossing that line.

It doesn't mean he can't look at John when he's walking, fighting, cleaning guns; it doesn't mean he can't watch John when he's sleeping at the library because he's exhausted, sick or hurt; it doesn't mean he can't listen to everything John does over the earpiece, his breathing, his interactions.

The line is getting smaller by the day.

Reese or Finch (author's choice) is turned on by intelligence, skills, competency, etc. Bonus points if their dirty talk is full of obscure and/or geeky references!

Should've seen this coming. Now that Root has the pet she wants, what's she going to do with her? Anything goes.

This was great. John as waiter is really funny (would sir like something to drink, lol). You captured Harold's exasperated voice, and the awkwardness and mistrust of the early days of their relationship, really well. Well done!

Their latest number turns out to be a man who disappears people to sell them to slavers, for medical research, you name it. Reese falls foul of them while investigating, forcing Finch to go undercover and try to buy Reese at one of the auctions.

He ends up in a heated bidding war with someone over Reese and has to spend an incredible amount of money to get Reese back. But making sure John is safe and not taken away from him is worth every penny and more.

Comfort for Reese who is a little shaken by the close call.

The only thing holding Finch back from sleeping with Reese is his physical limitations. Reese eventually has enough of waiting and tells Finch that he's the smartest guy on the planet, work around it. Harold responds by ordering John to lie perfectly still on his desk - the level making him perfectly accessible for Harold - while he strips him, uses his hands and his mouth all over John.

Thank you! I loved how John kept baiting Harold in the start, all mischevious, pushing the envelope.

Differing viewpoints. I find it very difficult to find anything to read Finch/Reese that isn't d/s.

So I was just watching some TV where things got a bit heated and one person put his hand on the other person's knee to sort of calm things down.

Maybe someone is making veiled threats to Finch or says something Reese doesn't like, and Finch knows it, but also knows this is not the time for Reese to start a fight over it. So he puts his hand on Reese's knee to keep him calm and in place.

The apartment Finch buys for Reese is haunted.

Can have a creepy ending if you like - how would Reese react against a supernatural threat?

Two genius billionaire philanthropists meet at a New York gala, bringing along their dashing, heroic, and ex-military boyfriends who have stubborn streaks a mile wide. Said genius billionaire philanthropists are not surprised when the latter pair hit it off like a house on fire.

Off to the side, Carter and Fusco roll their eyes, while Barton and Romanoff snort into glasses of wine.

BONUS: Tony knows Harold, and Harold knows Tony. It can be from MIT, business association, but really big points if Tony is one of the few people Harold can actually trust.

BIG BONUS: John and Steve end up defending their respective partners from whatever shit happens at the event. Be it a POI, Doom, or Loki. Said partners squawk about not being damsels-in-distress. Cue eye-rolls from John and Steve.

BIG, BIG BONUS: Carter and Romanoff being bad-asses.

HAVE MY SOUL AS A BONUS: For some reason, pets are allowed at the vent. Bear and Thor meet. They end up taking over the entire party. That is all.

CORRECTION: vent should be "event"
