Yeah, I looked it up and there are mods for hand amputees though it does look like it's a not easy. I did also think that there's no way Finch would be able to do anything on his phone much less something complicated as a tracking/pairing force on the fly when his inexperience and injuries had to mean holding the fuck on would be challenging! Considering his neck's range of motion, I'm not sure Finch could be safe riding a bike on his own either since I can't see how he'd be able to look before changing lanes and such without moving his whole torso. Hmm.
Since the guy was holding a gun on Finch later in a pretty confident grip with that same had, it's obvious the "prosthetic" that was somehow obvious on tape was just a gimmick. I wish they'd used something else.
